Google Workspace

QuickBooks

QuickBooks has transformed accounting processes for millions of small and medium-sized businesses, simplifying several aspects of bookkeeping, like expense tracking, invoice creation, and report generation. On average, a finance employee can process about 5 invoices an hour, with the average cost being about $15 per invoice. By integrating Wrk bots with existing QuickBooks tools, businesses can streamline invoice processes by automatically uploading invoice data to QuickBooks. Zendesk

With over 170,000 customers globally, Zendesk has made a name for itself in customer service by providing a scalable platform for centralizing, organizing, and addressing incoming customer requests and queries. Even with this infrastructure; however, Customer Service teams find it challenging to respond to their inundated inboxes in a timeframe that meets customer expectations. 

To put it into perspective, 88% of customers that reach out for customer support expect a response within an hour. For most companies, customer ticket response times are significantly longer, averaging out at just over 7 hours.
