Deepseek is very verbose in its reply, which may not be very useful if you need a consistent and structured response every time, such as a JSON.

4. Apply business rules to your business process. Using an AI to handle multiple business rules is generally not a good idea, at least with the current state of language models. Responses can be inconsistent and it can be a deal breaker in a business process that requires predictability - such as generating a sales contract. You do not want to have contracts’ structure to differ every time you request for one.

5. Connect all the pieces together so they flow through your business process, whether it is connecting Deepseek to other platforms to retrieve or update data.

6. Finally, you need to be able to configure an event that will trigger the process, whether it is scheduled to run at a specific time or when something happens such as receiving an email in a specific inbox.
